The staff was kind and cute.

The location is quite far from the city center. We were required to reserve breakfast times due to the limited dining area, which proved inconvenient for our hectic schedule. While they offered delicious options, the small number of tables made it frustrating to coordinate with our plans.

We booked superior king room with photographs of roses and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Can just recommend this place and would love to come back here some time. Thank you all for a COMFORTABLE stay for 2 nights. The hotel had very very good breakfasts with a Tuscan vineyard-fantastic value. The most very welcoming and superfriendly staff I ever met.

Cool as place, heaps comfy room with a sweet balcony! Just a bit far from the main sights, but super nice team with bus info.

The hotel was gorgeous and fantastic and the staff were excellent. Tidy and outstanding room with photographs of roses, I had a very comfortable stay. The private parking was nearby, great service. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Had large and beautiful room with private bathroom and all the required facilities, a lounge, and tea, coffee.

The super nice team, and the cozy tea room served a lovely breakfast. It was so good.

More fun than I expected!

Charmed by this cozy boutique hideaway! The beautifully decorated room offered all the comfort we craved. Breakfast was divine with delectable pastries, and the helpful staff made navigating the area easy. A quick bus ride into the city center and convenient parking nearby elevated our stay!

I loved the room, very cosy, beautiful wall painting, with view towards the park. Breakfast was excellent (fresh fruit, joghurt, fruit juice, cheese and ham, sweets and so on. the staff was very helpful, they provided us with bus tickets and gave us a lot of information. it is not central, but very well connected with city center and unlike central hotels we were able to keep the car in a safe parking space for a very reasonable amount (taking into consideration florence parking prices). I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

we were on honeymoon. they sent us champagne the first night. they were really helpful and nice. hotel was not in city center but that was an advantage. there is a shopping center nearby. and hotel stuff showed us good restaurants. city center is only 5 minutes (max 15 with traffic) away with bus. breakfast was good. this hotel was the best hotel we have stayed during our trip to italy.

All the staff was efficient, settled my issues.

A good escape from chaos

Woke up to the heavenly aroma of fresh croissants, while Dino's warm cappuccinos were a daily treat. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a quaint charm.

Though the location is a bit removed from the city center, it can be challenging to get around, especially during busy times. We had to reserve breakfast times due to limited dining space.

The staff was exceptional...courteous, professional and reassuring. Also patient with my clumsy 'Italianese'. While waiting to check in, the front desk manager shifted effortlessly between the Spanish of the guest in front of me, Italian for a caller on the phone, and English when it was my turn...Miriam was phenomenal. Also loved the small, private Breakfast Room on the first floor...Continental Breakfast was better than expected and the hostess was outstanding.

The only negative was the city noise, but that was expected due to its location.

It was just a suitable option for short visits in Florence with good price-quality ratio. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made the stay pleasant. Make sure to explore dining options nearby. There are several great restaurants around.
